Memories will eventually fade, so I want to continue to desperately record the sparkle of these moments.
Tracing the contours of society from the ordinary scenery of everyday life, and using all the language of logic to explore the invisible energy known as the “value” that people create. To me, design, research, and art are all equally beloved “adventures” in understanding this world.
Effortlessly transcending boundaries, I drift between reason and emotion, carefully picking out the “interest” and “strangeness” that I find there. In this way, I truly hope to fully experience this world from my own unique perspective.

This is the second talk event by the “Train Culture Research Group.” The theme this time is “What are manners?” This talk event features two people who have observed Japanese train culture from their own unique perspectives. This time, we have invited advertising agency director Michihito Kajiwara as our guest, and he will talk casually, sometimes in depth, and sometimes in a fun way about manners posters from a design perspective.

“Development of a Customer Service Value Induction Model”
Hashimoto, PT
Over the past decade, the quality of communication has changed with the spread of social media and the advancement of sharing experiences and knowledge. As a result, the service industry has become able to provide value more effectively and efficiently. For example, the service industry has become more sophisticated, directly linking customer feedback to increased satisfaction; traditional craftsmanship has become easier to pass on through visualization; and participation in virtual communities has enabled skill acquisition and goal achievement through competition and encouragement. Therefore, we developed a new value induction framework and examined the extent to which value provided can be improved based on it.
